MarketerValley is designed to support changemakers, nonprofits (NGOs), and mission-driven companies in transforming their impact marketing, communications, and growth.

By accessing or using the MarketerValley platform, its websites (including www.marketervalley.com), tools, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

3. Service Tiers & Pricing, Refund

MarketerValley currently offers the following subscription tiers:

• Tier 1: Free – $0/month. Lifetime access with limited features.
• Tier 2: Pro – $6/month or $64/year. Premium access for individuals. Your contribution helps fund new Free Plan features.
• Tier 3: Exclusive – Starting at $250/month. Tailored services based on Pro features and custom user needs. This tier also sponsors future Free Plan development.

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at our discretion with notice provided.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions. To ensure MarketerValley is right for you, we encourage starting with the basic Free plan, which is available with no time limits or payment requirements.

4. AI Technology Disclaimer & Ethics Policy

MarketerValley utilizes generative artificial intelligence (AI) to provide marketing, sales, and strategy recommendations via a suite of AI agents ("AI Team"). These agents are trained to assist with brainstorming, campaign planning, keyword generation, and content ideation.

Our AI is constantly evolving. We strive to maintain ethical alignment in accordance with standards used by leading platforms. If you encounter any content that appears harmful, misleading, or unethical, please report it to us.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We are committed to data confidentiality and responsible data management:

• We may store user interactions and content temporarily on secure servers for the purpose of improving our Services.
• Data may be deleted automatically when limits are reached or as part of routine maintenance.
• You retain ownership of the original data you input. Any data processed by AI is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You can share your login with team members, but please note, we’re not responsible for any lost or changed data if the account is shared.

6. Subscription Terms

All paid subscription tiers (Pro and Exclusive) may be subject to auto-renewal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your billing cycle.

Free Tier: The Free plan does not require payment, credit card details, or recurring billing. It provides limited access to platform features and is available at no cost.

Recurring Payments (Paid Tiers Only): If payment processing fails after multiple attempts, your access may be suspended or terminated.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide. MarketerValley retains all rights to its platform, AI models, tools, and infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketerValley and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delawere, United States, unless otherwise required by local law.

12. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved individually. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against MarketerValley.

By using our Services, you confirm you are not located in or engaging with embargoed countries or sanctioned entities under U.S. law.
