Yes, MarketerValley offers a basic “Personal” subscription, which comes with limited features designed for individuals exploring quick ideas to boost sales and marketing. The Personal plan is free forever, and no credit card is required.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. These changes will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your service agreement with MarketerValley.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time or downgrade to the Personal plan, which is free forever. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for canceled services or subscription plans, including unused services or yearly subscriptions. No refunds or redemptions will be issued for unused services during your subscription period.
If you have more than one employee who needs access to MarketerValley, you can share your username and password with them. The subscription allows use on up to 5 devices. If you require access for more than 5 devices, please contact our Help Center (Help & Support section).
We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise orders meeting a minimum requirement, we also accept bank transfers. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.
The “New Customer” discount code is only applicable to monthly “Professional” subscriptions and “Marketing” and “Marketing+” subscriptions. It does not apply to the “Professional” yearly subscription, which is already offered at a 50% discount.
