If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period (7 days risk-free or otherwise), MarketerValley will charge you for the subscription (monthly) after the trial period ends. For example, with a quarterly subscription and a 7-day trial, the full payment will be collected on the 8th day from the trial start date, with subsequent payments collected at the beginning of each quarterly period.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, we do not provide refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions, as you have the opportunity to explore features through the “Personal” subscription, which is free forever.

No, MarketerValley does not offer refunds for completed or partially completed services after the 7-day risk-free period for “Marketing” or “Marketing+” plans. Additionally, initial payments for certain services are non-refundable due to the upfront costs incurred by our team.

If you have more than one employee who needs access to MarketerValley, you can share your username and password with them. The subscription allows use on up to 5 devices. If you require access for more than 5 devices, please contact our Help Center (Help & Support section).

We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise orders meeting a minimum requirement, we also accept bank transfers. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.

One-off services provide support in areas such as branding, website design, e-commerce development, increasing visitor traffic, and more. These services are available exclusively to “Professional,” “Marketing,” or “Marketing+” subscribers, offering competitive pricing to help your business grow.

No, the “New Customer” discount code does not apply to One-Off Services, as these services already come with reduced fees.

The “New Customer” discount code is only applicable to monthly “Professional” subscriptions and “Marketing” and “Marketing+” subscriptions. It does not apply to the “Professional” yearly subscription, which is already offered at a 50% discount.

Yes, recurring services will automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless canceled according to our terms. This includes services like website maintenance, SOS, and any other services you’ve selected. To stop the renewal, you must cancel the service or plan, or downgrade your plan to Personal before the end of the current billing period.
