Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time or downgrade to the Free plan, which is free forever. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for canceled subscription plans.

We aim for 100% satisfaction, but we do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions. To explore our features before upgrading, you can use our free plan, which is available forever.

If you have more than one employee who needs access to MarketerValley, you can share your username and password with them. The subscription allows use on up to 5 devices. If you require access for more than 5 devices, please contact our Help Center (Help & Support section).

We accept all major credit cards. Bank transfers are also available for the Enterprise plan ($696 billed annually) if minimum requirements are met. Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions in subscription access.

The “New Customer” discount code applies only to new “Pro” and “Enterprise” subscriptions. It does not apply to annual plans, as they are already discounted.

Yes, recurring services automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless canceled per our terms. To prevent renewal, you must cancel or downgrade to the Free plan before the current billing period ends. We do not provide refunds if the cancellation deadline is missed.
